These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User","Player", or "Member") and Pepsi777 (hereinafter referred to as "Pepsi777", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pepsi777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Pepsi777 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting markets, and ancillary services to eligible adult users. The Platform is operated under an international gaming licence framework and is intended for use by adults aged21 years and above. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not authorised and is the sole responsibility of the User.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Pepsi777 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21, and age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Authorised Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using the Platform for gaming purposes is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Compliance with local laws is entirely your responsibility.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on the Platform or through any regulatory self-exclusion register that covers access to the Platform.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You are not a politically exposed person as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless you have notified Pepsi777 and received explicit written approval to hold an Account.

Pepsi777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period, as notified by Pepsi777, may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access pending verification.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information should any of it change subsequent to registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on the Platform using your login credentials is deemed to be your activity and you bear full responsibility for all such activity, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Pepsi777 immediately via our24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

Pepsi777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and documentation evidencing ownership of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, provided it meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and is not subject to active wagering requirements, will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

Pepsi777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the transaction is denominated in a supported cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction shall apply.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and verification status. Players are advised to consult their Account settings or contact support for applicable limits.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are processed immediately upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within 5 minutes to e-wallets and DuitNow, and within up to 24 hours to conventional bank accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised user of the payment instrument used. Pepsi777 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any deposit where anti-money laundering procedures require it. Pepsi777 will not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a User.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Pepsi777 are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this clause, together with any specific terms published on the promotion page for that offer. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Overview

Pepsi777 currently offers four welcome bonus tiers for new registrations:

• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus: Maximum bonus amount MYR 688 per deposit — Wagering requirement 8x the bonus amount — Minimum qualifying deposit equivalent ofRM30 in cryptocurrency

6.3 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before any Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is specified for each promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slot games generally contribute 100% whilst table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game-specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of the qualifying deposit and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account upon expiry.

6.5 Abuse and Forfeiture

Pepsi777 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim any bonus, and to close any Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between multiple accounts, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors or pricing discrepancies, or any pattern of play indicating that a player is participating solely to meet wagering requirements with low risk.

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG certification is maintained through periodic independent audits. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and reflect long-run theoretical return rates.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, AFC Cup), basketball, tennis, and UFC, are governed by market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In all cases of dispute, the official match result as recognised by the relevant governing body shall be determinative.

7.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

Pepsi777 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or circumstances where the integrity of the market has been materially compromised. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account without further liability to Pepsi777.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live betting session, the Platform will handle the game to completion based on the rules applicable to that game type. Where a game cannot be completed, the staked amount will be returned. Pepsi777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from internet connection failures outside our control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using false identities, aliases, or third-party credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, tournaments, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain financial advantage. You are required to report any such errors to Pepsi777 immediately upon discovery.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure, security, or other users' experience.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, Pepsi777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled bets, and withold any Balance pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, trade names, and service marks (collectively "Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to Pepsi777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of Pepsi777.

Any unauthorised use of Pepsi777's Intellectual Property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pepsi777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Inability to access the Platform due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or promotional materials subsequently corrected;
• Losses arising from your use of a payment method not registered in your name or from fraudulent access to your Account facilitated by your own negligence in protecting your credentials.

Pepsi777's aggregate liability to any User for any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Pepsi777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Pepsi777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its users. Gaming is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

11.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you specify.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. These cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Re-registration within the self-exclusion period is prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

Pepsi777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days where operationally practicable.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 4.4 above.

The version number and effective date shown at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version. Superseded versions are not operative and should not be relied upon.

This Agreement, and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which Pepsi777 holds its gaming operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and Pepsi777 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Pepsi777 will use reasonable efforts to respond to all formal disputes within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution process specified by the applicable licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.
